Anyone on here got experience using one these?

The basic is £85 or you can get the handle bar extensions for £115.
Are they recommended or is the basic one sufficient?

I’ve got one (well, a £35 copy from Amazon that looks an awful lot like the original version) that my daughter loved. I picked up the extra handle as it allows a bit more flexibility on positioning and seems a much nicer thing to hold onto than a cold aluminium bar.

I'm using a basic Shotgun and my son absolutely loves it. Best thing ever.

Best biking related thing we owned from when smalls was between 2 and 5 ish.  We went everywhere with ours - I miss it. I went for the extra mini-handlebars, which worked well. Giving them somewhere to put their hands helps stop them fiddling with things like brake levers, gears etc.

I have a well used original one of you are interested in 2nd hand?

We used it with the handle bars, I'm just selling the seat.

The frame it was on has a very sloped top tube and the original one would never stay in place after my wee one hit 3 and jumped with excitement on ever ride.

I've gone to the newer version.

@tall_martin - my frame has quite a slope as well so maybe wouldn’t do. Thanks for the offer though!
