Any reason not to at the current price of £320.  Appears to be good value for money for 8yr old Jnr FD.

Are there any better options?

Great bikes. My son has one. Now much upgraded but mostly because I had 26” bits lying around.

Got the 15 inch version for my 12-13 year old boy. Probably the best thing available at the time, and it was £450. £320 is a great price. Much lighter than anything else available. 2 issues, the fork is a lump. At 13 stone, not kitted up, I reckon I could only get half the travel out of it. Also, gearing has not got a great low end range so there'll be some pushing up the hills where Mum or Dad will still be pedalling. On the whole, still probably better, lighter, and more useable than the Diamondback or Carrera type things at a similar price.

Leku, slight thread hijack. For fork upgrade, what steerer diameter applies to the Suntour/Nzumbi frame. Can't find details on internet. Thanks....

Have the 24" wheeled Bakkaa.

Very good bike for the money.
