Any recommendations for kids body armour, jacket style?

My 7.5 year old is pushing it now and we rented a fox youth titan jacket style set, out in the alps
It was the perfect fit and he got on well with it.

Looks like it has now been replaced with a new model.

Any good? Or any other, similar priced options?

I’m hoping to find one of the old style titan tops but not had much luck so far
Cheers

Our (7 yr old) daughter has the Wulf junior deflector MX jacket, it's pretty popular with kids at her BMX club.

I know Leatt do a kids protection top (called Roost iirc).

Also thing Gform do some kind of top, but not sure how much protection is built into it.

As above, look at MX kit, there is far more around than bike specific stuff.  Also Brand X used to do a great top, but that was a while back now.  Look around BMX clubs for second kit, the season is nearly over so stuff will be coming up for sale.

Sorry for the hijack but kinda related - recommendations for kids (9 and 7) knee and elbow pads?

Adult elbow pads can be better and more effective on kids knees than kids knee pads.

More choice, better prices, better materials often.

Facebook market place has been great for small kid kit for us. But then Bristol has a decent BMX club so lots of kids growing out of stuff
