Just bought my son a Spec Hotrock 24. Great little XC bike but the forks are quite stiff even with the preload backed right off.
Anyone know if they can be improved or if there are any decent forks you can buy for a 24" wheel?

When my son had a 24" giant I got him these which were not amazing but better than the originals
