I'm looking for a bike like this for my sister. She's 11, but way too small for 26". She'll be using it for short rides in parks and along bike paths etc, with no offroading or stunts or anything.
Does anyone know of anything that fits the bill?

Have a look at the Isla Bikes fitting guide and maybe give them a ring to talk about sizes.

I've looked at Islabikes, but all their bikes are geared. We really don't want the hassle/extra weight of gears.
