Kickr (not) climb

Hi,

I've had a Kickr climb for the last year and a 1/2, all worked well. Not been on the trainer for a month, plugged it all in the other days and am greeted by a strained motor sound whenever it tries to tilt me up a hill (and no movement of the bike).

I took the bike off and used the buttons and the Climb will move the bits up the sides, but it's quite slow and noisy.

Reckon it's Kickr'd the bucket?

Does anyone have any experience of failures on Wahoo gear and are they helpful? It's a weighty old thing, so I imagine sending it back could be interesting

Thanks

I've only heard good stories about their customer service. Mate had a Kickr core fail years back. An issue with the early version where the board would short. Memory is that Wahoo sent a courier with empty box to collect it. And this was collection in Ireland to be shipped back to the uk.
