I fancy getting rid of the saddle bag on my Road bike and getting something like a King 'Kargo cage' or Tallac Designs 'Behold' a tool pouch holder neatly tucked behind a bottle cage, both options seem to be a little pricey or out of stock, and I'm an impatient cheapskate.
Is there a cheaper, in stock, alternative option I should look for?

Wasn't my question, I am aware of all the various places one might put some tools on a bicycle, I like the concept of the 'kargo cage' just not it's price... Got a similar alternative to that particular item?
