Considering a KM and like the idea of trying the 26" x 4" front tyre set up. Is it worth doing? or is standard KM 29" both ends better?

Why not build up 29er and fat 26er front wheels then you can swap them when ever you want.

two hubs ? i figured sticking a rear 135mm on to a new rim would work , prob not the best option to be fair. im scratching a fixie itch at the min so my spare cash is going there for now

Or get that new Salsa Mukluk, I'm pretty sure that can run normal 29er wheels with a spacer, along with the fat tyres front and rear. I'm sure the would be ace too though.

Thanks, sounds good, I'll keep an eye out for a KM F&F.

Is there any dis / advantage to the 135 over 100 Pugsley fork? 100 fork would mean I could keep current 29er front wheel and just need 26" front wheel for Larry tyre.
