I have one of [url= https://www.boardmanbikes.com/gb_en/products/880-road-tt.html#technical ]these[/url], for which I want to swap out the FSA Gossamer crank to a Shimano 105 - so I can use my 4iiii PM with it.
So to be certain, I need to replace the FSA PF30 BB with [url= https://praxiscycles.com/product/shimano-conversion-bb/ ]this Praxis BB[/url]?

You could insert one of these and then use standard BBs...

I did the conversion on my Trigger, works well with no creaking.
