The chap is down the road from me in Norfolk so sort of half explains it, but I couldn't stop laughing as I read the description. I'm tempted to ask if he's serious or if it's a gag listing.

The buy-it-now price that I have put on this is LESS than the bike actually cost me to build

amazeballs

You have to wonder about his sanity if he spent 1300 quid building that thing. For that money he could have bought a brand new, making-sense On-One rather than a 7-speed triple monstrosity.

But then it wouldn't have been 'bespoke', silly...

Ha ha, chancer - it's a 'managers special' he/she's bought a new frame, moved over the cool bits and cobbled the it back together with bits hanging around the shed - "built in the last year" from 5-10 year old bits.

I actually quiet like it, but it's not worth that, for half as much mabye I'd ditch the white grips and it would be a great upgrade for my Wife.

but it's made from (and I quote)...

The frame is made from aircraft grade double butted 4130 chromoly steel tubing

that's worth something, shirley? 😆

Maybe inspired by this long term ebay listing?

Not 100% sure she'd like to be chopped in for that if I'm honest, but she's your wife 😆 😆 😆

doesn't look too bad, except for the colour! & the price.
7 speed doesn't make any sense when you can have 2nd hand 9 speed bits for pennies. Can you even buy 7 speed bits new anymore?

But the Buy-it-now is actually LESS than the price he paid to build it! Come on people, that is a bargain and no mistake
