Classic overtake followed by sudden braking and a left turn. Much arm waving and swearing from the cyclist. However, in this case, the guy on the bike was a uniformed PCSO. High viz, reflective markings, helmet, the full trip. He was so visible that you could probably see him from space!

I just hope that he had a body camera.

Having seen someone drive up a one way street the wrong way in the direction of a mounted policeman nothing surprises me.

The driver must be on a new level of stupid to pull a maneuver like that in front of a uniformed officer on a bike or not.

New level of stupid? The old level level of stupid, with the standard self-entitlement should be enough.

Yup, it's seems to be at epidemic proportions at the moment.

Yesterday I saw a bloke sat in his car, on double yellows, on a corner of a t-junction. Totally blocking the traffic, and making it impossible for me pushing a pushchair to cross the road.

I tapped on the window, and politely pointed out that he was blocking traffic. He shrugged and said "nah, it's not a problem." Dick!

Should have dragged the pushchair down the side of his car as you struggled to get past.

I’m not much for direct action, but I agree in this case. If I’d been trying to get past with a pushchair, I’d have tried quite hard to get by. I bet he’d get the message when his precious paint was at risk

amazes me that people have higher regard for their ego-chariots than peoples’ well-being

edit: or start taking photos. Marked change if demeanour when it looks like there might be evidence. Sadly T’s almost always seen as an escalation (which I admit it usually it) and comes with unfounded but aggressive claims that “you can’t do that” and references to “yooman rites”...

Couple of weeks ago about 9pm on the M1 southbound junction 3ish a white van was drifting from lane to lane, gave him a wide berth, other cars were having to avoid him too,  as I overtook realised he was facetiming, phone right in front of his face as he drove.

Some people are just dicks

Reminds me of driving up to Scotland on the M6 a few years ago. Was nearly run into by a chap in a fiesta, I slowed down, so did he whilst swerving about. I accelerated and so did he. In the end I gave it death and passed at a wide distance. I glanced over expecting a confrontation and I was shocked to see he was working on a laptop and oblivious.

People are indeed dicks.

I was nearly cleaned up last Thursday night by a blind git in a saxo  ,who changed lanes without looking. So close I swear I felt the passenger wing on my thigh.

His passenger/wife was horrified ,particularly because they couldn’t lose me in the traffic. I may have tutted once or twice as I caught them up.

I had someone last thursday decide to overtake on a 2 carriageway road down the middle of the traffic, each side doing about 50mph. Just drove straight down the middle, cars swerving out the way.
