I hardly ever buy stuff these days, but it's a good feeling 🙂

Track sprocket and tool, some tyres and pedals.

What delivery are you waiting for currently?

Mostly butt plugs. Northwind seems to rave about them, so figured I would see what all the fuss is about.

I tried to order a family funpack of buttplugs but apparently there's been some panic buying and virtually nothing left anywhere

I bought a new mech this week, plunged for an XT after using the slx one the bike came with. It fitted and indexed like a dream.

About £50 worth of coffee from Happy Donkey. The delivery guy called when he got to the house to confirm he was to leave it in the blue wheelie bin. Mrs BigJohn just told me she wondered what that box was at the bottom of the bin as she was putting all the bottles and tins in the recycling bin...

Well there are several bikes, which spreads the wear. And I got sick of replacing chains so if it's filthy conditions I ride road. And on top of that, what with travelling for work and having kids, most of my riding is on the commuter anyway.

Not only have I ordered stuff but it's to go on a (partially) brand new bike, which is rather exciting - especially as it's a track bike which allows me to do a whole new type of cycling 🙂

Mio Link wrist strap heart rate monitor to go with my Garmin Forerunner. I'm a bit sick of chest straps breaking after a few months, so I thought I'd give this a try.

A dark blue Rapha cycle jersey because I believe the hype and think it'll make me cooler and faster.

PS. I work there

But with bikes for your kids you'll be far richer in other ways!

Whilst I'm waiting for a bike stand... rock'n'roll me.

I should point out for local shopping brownie points that I rode over to the LBS and attempted to buy these things there. I could only manage a sprocket which turned out to be the wrong fitting anyway.

Some new tyres for summer. A bit lighter / skinnier than usual so will save some weight. Fingers crossed I don't destroy them too quickly...

I got some amazing shorts from start cycles recently and they actually fit!!! (I'm a bit plump at the moment) so I can't wait to try them out and about! Problem is, every time I buy myself something, something goes expensively wrong! Car today with required clutch replacement...
New shorts : £9.99
Car clutch: £369

Still.... Was very exciting getting that little parcel through the post for sure!!

X fusion slants, trail kings and a stans no tubes kit. Super excited although it was a bit scary spending that much all at once. Won't happen again for a long time!
