Not that this is ever going to get off the drawing board but,
A useful list of online shops which offer quality service is helpful - however when shopping online a list of stores that have offered less than ideal service might be more use to the prospective shopper?
I use shops online, some regularly other for the first time and I can't help be worried that their service is going to be poor only because I have't heard of them before.
I got a bike 10kg repair stand from Germany faster than a reel of Bar tape from Bristol (no this is not a joke)
Perhaps a list of shops to avoid or at least treat with a dose of care would be more use to online shopper. Although it would prove difficult for the advertising which naturally funds this and other websites and magazines.
Still waiting on the tape...
you can host it and deal with the law suits 😉

There's a 'Goods & Services' forum on the CTC website.
Some of the Spa Cycles reviews are quite amusing.
Like the website idea but ctc has got there already. Are all shop staff cowards when it comes to giving bad news?
Fred Baker cycles in Bristol - I underestimated your ability to disappoint a customer. I could make Bar tape faster than you could send it. If it doesn't turn up with a Monday post mark I'd be amazed. Next time I'll pass.
