My medium Pitch is quite long anyway, now made even longer by 160mm forks. It's awesome for blatting down rocky stuff quickly, but I find on some jumps it seems quite difficult to handle. I'm fine with ones with a less steep take-off, but ones with a short sharp takeoff I really struggle with.
Is this just poor technique on my part? I'm sure some people wouldn't find it a problem, but my limited experience of dicking around on smaller bikes/BMXes is that they are easier to handle on jumps.
So, is the wheelbase length of the bike an issue - or not? Do I just need to MTFU or go see Jedi etc? 🙂
