It looks like the replacement pads are RWD R010 Shimano type.
Any other places to get them other than upgrade bikes.
Can't seem to find where to get pads nowdays.
Most aftermarket manufacturers have a pad in that shape.
superstar / uberbike / discobrakes / etc.

Just go by the pad shape. It's pretty distinctive.
You want these Benji (or the sintered ones depending on which you prefer)

I ran Discobrakes sintered Shimano fitment pads in mine for a few years till the rear caliper died.
