Just a post to say what a fantastic customer service ethic James has at JTech Suspension in Shrewsbury. Sent RP23 of for a standard service which was done in a timely fashion. Still had an issue with the rebound damping not performing so James agreed to look at the shock again. As this was going to stop me riding that weekend he had a courier drop off a Bos Vip'r shock for me to loan while he sorted mine out. What a top bloke.
My shock now sorted out as well. A lot cheaper than the competition.
Does it allow you to jump more puddles ?

Interesting my monarch plus has just gone back for a second visit. After the first service it was leaking 10psi/week and then lost all its oil after a couple of months. Got it back really quick, first ride it lost all its oil and ended up rebounding too fast breaking something inside turning it into a true pogo.
His customer service is great though.

yes it did for two out of numerous customer.. you will always hear more ppl complain (though tbh the 2 above were reporting good aftersales customer service) than shout about good service after all. Shirely that's offset by the fact, that he was willing to deal with the reported issues, without any unnecessary aggravation
If it doesn't.. I've used him and the 3 forks only had to visit once & worked fine after, does that cancel out the other two for you G_R? 😉
Funny that, I also had to send my Pikes back for a second service as they were making a hissing sound due to a worn seal. Was all free though with a courier paid for by James 🙂 I'd definitely use him again though as the prices and communication were much better than the competition.

Yes it does sound like he dealt with the 'mistakes/faults' well and glad you got a good job done first time round.
I do take note tho of who does/doesn't get good reviews for forks and shock service for when I need to use them.
At the mo Loco would be my first choice from what people have said.
