Anyone know where I can get hold of new seals etc? Along with a nice guide so that I don't do everything wrong? I know, I probably should have bought a reverb.

Cheers

highland - you're best bet is getting 2pure to fix it for you. They really are good - even out of warranty. I dont think they'll post out the orings etc to you though for a diy fix.

Failing that - what's the problem with yours (I've become a dab hand at fixing mine diy)?

Yep, contact 2Pure. Excellent service...between my two Joplins, they have been back to 2Pure four, maybe five, times. Never been charged.

2pure wouldn't sort my Joplin 3. They did sort me out with a guide block when I asked nicely though. Servicing isn't that hard. Guide here

It seems the Fox shock seals are a lot better than the stock ones. Loco can sort you out. Keep meaning to do this myself.

Cheers, csw it is running ok now, just trying to be prepared for when it does go. It has been back to 2pure once and i know how good they are. That might be the easiest thing to do.

Shaggy I have heard about that. Will Loco supply you with just the seal or do you need to buy the whole kit as with TF tuned?

Cheers

You need to buy the whole kit unless he has one floating about. Obviously you can get the seals from a lot of places but he is very helpful so worth a mention. 🙂

Some views and photos on the fox seal change (which didnt work for my particular 4 - I suspect the seal changed at some point during its production):

Details of the tool needed to do a full strip (and a link to the instructions on how to do it) and fix for an air leak in the top:

Rebuild instructions here:

I changed the oil in mine and repressurised it and it now works fine. Problem with mine was that it wouldn't stay extended and was slow to rise...ahem.

Good guide and helped with mine.
