I tried 3" 26 tyre on a 50mm rim in the rear of a space frame a while ago, it was ace run and only dropped the bottom bracket about 1/4", which was counteracted by moving the EBB

looked like this, was a funny as hell, but the old gazaloddis and duros were monster heavy.

26+ x2.75 dirt wizard on a 65mm marge light to give 3" of semi fat fun going on for "lightweight" 3/4 fat

will post up pics and ride review of such stupdity if folks are interested?
