doesn't look like the best way to test a rim 😆

I love that he took the trouble to drill the bit of rail so he could fit a handle 🙂

or maybe he just trimmed the end off one that already had the holes in it for joining to the next rail along.

still the handle's a neat idea

Ooh, pretty, attention grabbing and pretty meaningless.

How do we know that was a jones rim, and he managed to scutch the back wheel over that rim dinging lip creating a nose down landing, pretty pointless and not very informative,

No, not really, especially as I can't remember the last time I managed to spank a rim on a piece of train track, up close footage of a wheel barrelling through a rock garden or pinging off that 4" steel rod protruding out of the ground on the descent from the hut before the water splash in Les Arcs that dinged my rim last year then I'd be a tad more joyous, that looks like something my 11 year old would put on Instagram, only theirs would have involved some Nerf guns and bunny hopping over the Cat.

Well, that shows exactly nothing about carbon rims.

Funny that, I can't remember the last time I broke a rim on a bit of steel rod protruding out of a trail in the Alps.

I can however remember breaking them on sharp square edged things (rocks) that are kinda shaped like a bit like a bit of scrap rail.
