The BBB's are also sealed, and come with a set of plastic adapters for different rear mechs - SLX in my case.

+1 on the BBBs too.

Been using them for years.

XTR performance at Deore prices.

Get mine at Dotbike.

FWIW I've got some Tiso alloy ones (which come with spacers for Shimano and SRAM) and they're great.

Go for the bling KCNC which look gorgeous and last a long time although cost a little more. I recently changed the chain and cassette on an SLX mech-XT chain set combo and was amazed how much the top standard jockey wheel had worn compared to the lower KCNC one

I had that happen with standard SRAM wheels though - bottom one OK; top one ninja star

Just put some BBBs on an XT mech. First ride out, loads of grass wrapped around the inside of the plastic spacers. Had to prise off the plastic spacers to remove the grass. Was I unlucky?

Tacx are excellent. I've used them for years with various mechs
