-getting back on the bike after a looong time off, was wondering if you could suggest good jerseys. I do endurance rides, usually climbing a lot, a fair amount of sweating, but not racing.
I have a large athletic build, large chest, and was told to consider more relaxed fitting. Castelli versus Rapha/other suggestions?

Have a look at the Morvelo stuff as well - nice quality and decent prices.
Do you want lycra? If so I found the size charts on Rapha accurate and they have some stores you can go to then wait for the discount mails.

For naggy Morvelo make some really nice kit though I'm not the biggest guy and I'm XL in the jerseys but they look and feel good with a bit of a sense of humour.
Failing that TLD/FOX/Altura make loads
TLD Ace are pretty decent.
