Any help much appreciated! Some head scratching going on here after comparing my new Hope bottom bracket bearings with the old ones. The new ones are 2mm or so wider, so they'll hit the internal lip in my 2018 Jeffsy's BB shell before the flanges seat on the outside - pic below somewhere.
Is this a change Hope have made or (more likely) my cockup?
The BB seems to be the correct spec - BB92/PF41 with 30mm ID for the axle and the 92mm plastic tube. I can only see one Hope BB92/PF41/30mm product, it's just the internal plastic tube length that changes.
[scratches head again]
I guess I could add a 2.5mm spacer on each side to fill the gap but that will add 5mm to the overall width. Might work ok with the crankset but not ideal if I press them in and it doesn't.
