there are a few dedicated jones owners on here I'm sure they'll be along soonish.

By all accounts they are fantastic, and far more capable than the detractors think.

I've got a freaky mongrel thing with bits of jones on it (ti truss forks and loopy bars) as the geometry of the frame is similar to thte jones Diamond and it bombs round the welsh mountains and peak district quite happily and surprised me with how good it is over bouldery stuff.

I would love to own a proper one though rather than a wannabe/abomination/kill it now it's hideous (the bike not the rider) 😉

Have a look at his steel diamond or truss bike as well as they are little bit more affordable without having to sell your bottom on street corners

Ringo, is there enough room for a fat-back in the diamond?

No can't fit a fatty in but can easily fit a 2.6 on a 50 mm rim

I have only had a very quick play on one. But was very surprised at how nimble and forgiving it was.

@tazzymtb - what frame do you have with 'similar' geometry?

Its a shame Jeff now has his off the shelf range made in the far east. Top bloke to deal with though.

Do they come with a rack to put extra attention on?

Jeff.
You seem to be confusing a Jones with an IF towel rail.
