The obligatory thanks thread after a session with Tony here .. and not because i have to but because i want to .. Truly a great coach and great bloke. I guess i was competent before but after a few hours with him could see that in honesty i was just continually fighting the bike just to make it do what i wanted and not half what it could. Tony easily picked up my faults and in some weird kinda mind trick way (hence the nickname id guess) gets you to think about correcting them before you do them . Id always jumped badly (And now i know why) but in no time i just felt confident and comfortable enough to do 6 foot gap jumps something id never done and would have gone and done bigger if it was there, i just felt that comfortable with my form and landings. The most positive thing i think i can say is that core skills he teaches will stay with me and the more i use them will make me a better rider.
If your thinking of a session do it. honestly i think its the best money i have spent on biking.
