What are they like? As easy to deal with as CRC, merlin etc...
I've not used them before and the return is two fold. They sent two different sized items (I ordered the items in a single size) and I'd like to change the actual size I originally ordered.

I had no problem returning something. Have you downloaded the return form? It has plenty of options for returning, exchanging, etc.
The information on their website about contacting you them first is wrong.
Not so bad then..
I've not downloaded the form yet as was going to do it at work so it was in front of me when I called them (as it says to do). At least it shouldn't be a chore

Quick call, explained that although Id been sent 1x incorrect item, I wanted to swap the sizes of both, no problem and gave me a freepost returns label, now they are on their way back and should receive new stuff on Friday .
