So a few months ago I found a thread about Chinese carbon tt frames, and there were a few topics about how the chaps had bought generic type decal/tape stuff off ebay and add some bright colours (like pin striping, inside of the fork etc..)

I quite fancy giving this a go as a winter project, but I can't find the thread or even remember which forum it was

I would love to do a similar type paint job to ritte frames keeping the main frame white and adding flashes of Matt or lum colour on forks and rear triangle.

Anyone done similar? Do you have pictures and what materials did you use?

Get thee to your local signmakers. The one down road from work near me can cut all sorts of shapes out of vinyl. They have made me bike logos in the past and were cheap. You can get scrap roll ends and little pieces for next to nothing (or ask nicely and it may only cost you a bribe of a packet of biscuits, worked for me!). 8)
