To be fair the first thing I would do if it arrives is ride it rather than update us!

Can you record the momentous occasion and YouTube it. Plus proof you weren't sent some bricks.

I've just been informed by CRC that the parcelforce 48 bike that was absolutely definitely going to arrive today is in fact going to arrive tomorrow due to somebody forgetting there was a bank holiday monday in the week which has aparently led to a PF backlog

So.........16.15 might be optimistic

Nah a Parcelforce Mercedes Sprinter would eat an S3 for breakfast, and the driver wouldn't even need his seatbelt on

Andy, my DPD delivery driver is due to deliver my parcel between 1430 and 1530. Looking on the map they've sent me I should be able to see him delivering other parcels if I wander down to the main road. It's strangely compelling watching him get closer and closer...

If anyone can guess how many litres of paint it took to change my lounge walls from purple (don't ask) to white I'll put up a picture of the paint drying to help fill the time.

bikebouy's close.

Here's the purple laughing at the efforts the first coat made at covering it.

I feel slightly used, and vindicated in my disliking for "classifieds only" posters. I'll wager we never hear this, and our OP just returns to the dank, dingy corners of the classifieds. 🙁

Friend had one parcel turn up looking like the FlowerShop pic a couple of pages back, all smashed up, and gaping holes. It contained Class 1.4C explosives sent via FedEx secure shipping specially for such contents. The best bit about it was that it wasn't damaged like that on the air freight section but by the lorry that collected it from the shipper. So it traveled the entire way from Utah to Switzerland in that state. The owner of the explosives company that sent it, just happened to be there at collection too, so refused to sign for it and had it sent back. FedEx sent it back in the same state, so that it could be properly destroyed by the shipper!

This has no relevance whatsoever for the thread, other than to make the thread post count increment to make all the F5ers think that something might have happened. 😉
