Lights out and first decent mid ride sunset for a while.
Great ride with my niece today. We did 25km, which is the furthest she's cycled in a day. She talked non-stop for the whole ride.

Pictures back to front, I rode the meaty bit of Hadrian's cycleway, Carlisle to Hexham. Had done the coastal bit earlier, wouldn't bother with that bit.
Bikes, flip yeah.
Technically just at the start of the weekend for me.
Back to school. Hopefully back into a more regular riding routine again (despite best intentions I always seem to ride less during the summer break than during term time for some reason).

Managed a decent 23 mile loop between the rain showers in the FoD today.
