after a couple of years just looking at my gryphon gathering dust, ive decided to 'get it going' again. had an enjoyable afternoon stripping the cranks and EBB and regreasing, nice to smell grease on my hands again 😀
tyres were flat even tho they had milk in, but i spose thats to be expected after so long. rather than just blow them up again, im going to strip them and refill with milk again.

im a bit out of touch with whats for sale these days, so...... whats the milk of choice these days? stans, JRA still the main players?

thanks
