Of to a friends villa an hour north of Florence near La Spezia in June for a fortnight and was looking to sneak off for a day for a bit riding, dont want to travel to far so Finale is probably out.
I have a mate whos staying with us and whilst fit is really a mountain biker so just some comfortable singletrack would be (to much to wish for?) just great.
Any suggestions?
Also we are planning on a visit to the cinque terre (worth a google just for the scenery) along the coast, you can visit by boat or walk the coastal path, does anybody know if you can cycle along it?
