When we met 3 years ago it was love at first site. She was a right cracker! Her curves said it all and I knew I just had to have her. All I can say is that in our brief time together we have shared some amazing times. I won't lie, we too have had our fair share or ups and downs, but in the most part it has been amazing.
This part is so distressing and I feel really cheap saying it!
But then it happened. All it took was a glance in the wrong direction, a few questions and I was smitten. I never thought after 3 years together that I would fall for another.
But I think that this is just another of Life's challenges, and I suppose I should just look back with fond memories together.
But the question still remains. Should I sell the 26" Zesty that I no longer ride to pay for the 29er I recently bought?
Tough one!
Menage et trois?
I feel cheated 😛
Keep them in separate sheds and hope they don't meet up.
Sack her she's history now!!
I feel cheated
Sorry. It's just that things have been stale for a while now, Al.
Back on topic, so is the OP actually ****ing his bike?
I'm sure your so fit
Sounds like she had a lucky escape
Younger and newer's the only way too go.. When they get saggy, get shot 😉
Name and shame that new love then.
Keep her - soon you'll realise the grass isn't greener and hanker after what you let go
Which ones goes down the best ?
Get rid, once you've handled bigger curves there's no going back 😉
I keep thinking that my love for the old girl will return, but I just keep thinking how much more staying power I have with the younger model. We had a 4 hour session the other day and I felt like I could have just kept going, but with the older model I would have been starting to flag.
Maybe I should just let her go
4 hrs of steady vs. 1-2 hrs ragging it in a gnarly stylee??
(missionary vs the full karma sutra)
P.S. your wheels are too big mon.
people like you disgust me
you'll be on 650b by christmas 🙄
I like to savour the moment4 hrs of steady vs. 1-2 hrs ragging it in a gnarly stylee??
Why would you have to sell something to pay for something you've already paid for?
What you need is a fat bike
I'm not surprised you cheated on that! It was never going to last and was always going to be a fad..
I really can't believe it took this long.
I'll take her on - details please (email in profile)
