Yes that would be helpful for me to explain wouldn’t it!!
Basically, if you have an active W+ membership it doesn’t apply at checkout. Just tells you to “spend more to qualify” despite the order value being over £20 and it showing as active in basket. Not the end of the world but a pain and a point of principle having paid for the service!!

It seems they fixed that. If I could time travel I can think of other things if have changed first mind, unless they already did of course
