I ordered a few bits for a build I'm doing (Surly ICT), and they arrived within a few days of ordering, tracked delivery via DPD. I ordered another item, an adaptor for a Park Tools truing stand, on the 4th of June, and it has yet to be dispatched. I tried emailing them numerous times and have yet to hear back. I have tried calling them and the phone rings but no one ever picks up. Has anyone had similar experiences with them, if so how did you deal with it?

I was initially quite sceptical about using them because they don't use paypal, card only. I paid with a debit card so can't really do much. I just want to cancel the item and order it from somewhere that actually has it in stock - they apparently don't!

I've only had good experiences with them tbh.

That said, it was before the virus hit...

Last parts I ordered from them during corona took about 3 weeks.

Ordered something that was "in stock" . 3 weeks later I asked for a refund which to be fair was prompt.

Previously they have been fine.

They really need to be upfront to stop these kind of threads.

Assuming they needed to get it in from the distributor then at the moment 10 days from order to you would be good going.

The stock they hold doesn’t match their website. Their comms are poor. Not answering the phone or providing a live chat service is inexcusable. I’ll not be trying to use them again.

Maybe just relax and wait. They could be under all sorts of stress.

I've always found them very reliable - I use them for Bontrager stuff a couple of times a year and ordered a set of tyres from them at the start of lockdown. I had a question about them and they were reasonably quick to respond to email.

It is weird they don't take PayPal though.

We had this exact thread a week ago! Some people are getting their stuff ok, others just getting blanked. Lots of very negative TP reviews lately. Personally I’d avoid.

Been using Triton for years and never had any issues. Probably just a backlog issue due to covid.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat with a tyre I ordered on the 20th of May. I've now asked to cancel my order as I have bought a different tyre from Kustom Bikes that arrived in 3 days. Not had a response yet, but due to the current situation I'm not going to hassle them.

Posted in the other thread but in a similar position.
Order 15th May. No response to multiple emails. So going via card and asking for refund.
