Afternoon dudes,
Well just a quick post to say how much i enjoyed my cycle today.
Have neglected the biking recently but making a concentrated effort to get out every week, putting a few pennies aside for a new road bike aswell and looking to race the MTB next year..
So.. I Woke up in a bit of a grump due to one thing and another today so i hauled the newly built Cotic Soul out and went for a ride, just on the roads so nothing exciting. But did 20 miles, really enjoyed it and just what i needed to blow away a few cob webbs.
Im sure ill pay for this tomorrow with sore knees as always but i don't care, i had fun and im going sky diving tomorrow.. woohoo! 😆

I was supposed to go out on the road bike today but have been proper lazy, so it's out on the singlespeed with lights as soon as Return Of The Jedi has finished! 😀
Done hardly any riding of late, but I'm getting some new bits for my MTB, getting some new Shimano waterproof boots this week and will hopefully go out on Wednesday afternoon.
