I've got a week on the isle of wight, staying at carisbrooke castle. Found a copy of 'isle of Wight cycle routes' in the cottage but wondered if anyone had any other suggestions or fancied a ride later this week.
Still a bit injured from good friday so I'm slow as at the moment both up and down.

Tennyson trail takes you from carisbrooke all the way out to the needles, is a nice ride but nothing technical
