What replacement chain for a CNOC 14. Is it just a single speed chain?

Most likely. Best bet would be to just give Islabikes a call - they sell spares so will probably be able to sell you one. Their prices are reasonable too and free postage - I had to buy a new (custom) QR for attaching our trailerbike and it was £2.99 posted.
