You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I've got these: http://www.blackspire.com/qs/product/83/5949/263258/0/0
in great condition/ a few years old now but not a BB- What ISIS BB's work?
Will this work? What do the numbers listed against mean?!! 118 and 126?

no Hora - I think they'd only work with Shimano Octalink BBs.
In fact, just had a look at the link properly and it says Octalink only (which isn't ISIS).
Should be able to still get Octalink BBs from CRC etc.
From the website blurb:
Uses Shimano OCTALINK BB interface only – Proven to outlast those itty bitty ISIS bearings!
So you are correct to be looking at octalink not ISIS bb's.
On your link, 68 is the bb shell width ie only fits in a 68mm bb shell frame. (you can get 73mm ones too though) .
118 and 126 are the lengths of the spindle itself. You might need to find out the chainline of the crank, and if your frame has loopy rear end alignment (is this for the sx trail?), and work out which size is best from there. In the days of dishless rear wheels and 83/100mm bb shells this bit used to be a right old faff!
[edit] just seen how cheap they are on crc. If it was me getting all giddy about a new bike build, I'd just buy both and see which gives you the best chainline and then flog the other one on ebay as "fitted but never used" -you'll probably get your money back on it.
The crankset is Shimano Octalink and the BB link is Octalink too.
You match 68 or 73 to the BB shell on the frame.
In general, the shorter axle is for a double and the longer for a triple chainring set. Not a guarantee tho'.
It does depend on the chainline you need.
I would be tempted to get the shorter axle as I can 'pad' it out 2.5mm with an external BB spacer and not worry about it being a little offset in the frame.

Thanks- yes for the 07 SX. Will measure the BB width tonight. I run only one ring. So best go for the 118 then?
Single Chainline makes it 'simplier'?
