Hope have never sold 15mm adaptors for the Bulb hub.
However, you can machine down the Pro II adaptor to fit. As shown by myself on this post from last year...

Don't disheartened though.
Buy the Pro II adapters and find someone to machine the non-brake side one down. I did mine in a lunchtime, including eating a sarnie and having a cuppa!

The easiest way to tell is to look at the current 20mm adapters. If they're the same size it's a Pro 2, if not it's a bulb.
