I've seen a cane creek one on ebay a year or so ago.

I've got a 165x38mm CCDB, bought it embarrassingly cheaply 2nd hand. They're apparently quite rare, there was one on Pink Bike recently. I don't think CC make that size now.
Makes 100mm of travel fee like a lot more.

I think Fox used to do a Vanilla in that size a while back.

4" Giants have them. mine has Giants own one which is superb, and they're available for about £80. Fox and RockShox also do one at 165/38.

It's a bit of an obsolete size for coil shocks now, I may have the parts to make you a van/vanR coil though.

Loco, that would be great.

does that mean there used to be a Van in that size?

Yep, Fox used to make the Van R and RL in 165mm - still come up now and then on ebay. I've bought several over the years due to my Tazer/Cowan/Howler fetish, and being pretty close to Mojo meant that getting them set up with the correct spring and reducers was no problem. Also fitted a Manitou Metel RP to one of my Tazers which worked pretty well.

That's good to know Loco - I'm rather tempted to try a coil shock on my Hooker.
