Basically in the summer, I am going to sallies de bearn which is between Pau and Bayonne. France.
Are there any good mountain bike trails in this area, And In the pyrenees are they easy to find etc.
They will need to be accessible by train, but I don't mind cycling a bit to get there.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There used to be some downhill runs in Lourdes accessed by the train that takes fat americans up the hill to the shrine. No idea if this still happens. There was also some good runs in Cauterets but last time we went (several years ago) they had stopped letting bikes on the lifts. Maybe they've seen the error of their ways now. Not very helpful, sorry
