Anyone help please?
Stans fluid?
Stiff scrubbing brush and a bucket of hot soapy water.
* is probably the answer to other questions too!
why would you?
clean the tyre edges for a good fit whn you swap from from winter to summer 🙂 well I do anyway
I was under the impression that if there was dried latex/stans caked onto the inside of the tyre then a flat wouldn't seal properly as the fresh Stan's fluid would not be able to get to it and plug it... Am I wrong?
*please let me be wrong*
*please let em be wrong*
Think about it - if stans cannot get to it how is air coming out?

+1
I think that the fluid dries around any particles in the tyre, certainly seems that in the past I've topped up tyres that have dried out and they've gone off really quickly, whereas others have actually dried out leaving a thin skin rather than a stingy mess and it's had no effect.
Aside from all that. Just think how much it weighs!
Must be an extra 15g per tyre. Easily...
That's why I scrub mine, ahem
