Is there an alternative to SureShift?

Yesterday I coached my group of kids (5-10yo) on gear changing.

It was obvious that some of the smaller kids didn't have the thumb strength to change gear.

I sorted this on a couple of bikes by just rotating the shifter - on others it wasn't as simple.

I remember seeing the SureShift extension previously, and at least one of the kids has one.

This looks like it was a MooreLarge product - and I can only find the odd one on eBay.....

Is there an alternative that is available - I've googled but my Google-Fu isn't the best at the moment due to having a lot going on.

Would ideally like to find something so that I can send a link to the parents.

Thanks in advance.
