I use Bikehike - has OS mapping and you can export the GPS as well.

I use the one in Strava. So long as you're not too off piste it usually can auto follow where other people have been so you're not having to plot every slight corner/turn

I like ViewRanger. Maps are open source, so not as good as OS, but choosing routable by bike produces quick routes.

Strava here, not perfect but pretty damn good and certainly better than Garmin Connect.

Ridewithgps works very nicely. Komoot is great if you want to be able to choose between track /Road but is a real pita to plot loops on

Viewranger, or before I started on that I used Walkjogrun, although i'm not sure the elevation calculation is good, or I couldnt figure it properly.

Ridewithgps +1

The mobile app + a quad lock works great for on bike nav.

Gpsies, Komoot and Strava here. I tend to run the same route through more than one and see how they compare. I also use CycleStreets.net for road routes

Loads.  I use bikehike.co.uk, but in the past used Bike Route Toaster.
