I know the book is probably only as good as how thoroughly I apply the knowledge, but I'm keen to hear of folks who have sorted back/core strength/pain/flexibility issues.

Thanks.

I've had it for 18 months or so and use it regularly. My core strength has definitely improved and my hip flexors give me less grief than before.

Most of the exercises are fairly standard ones or are dynamic yoga things, but having the videos online to show how to do them right is pretty helpful. I also find that having a set workout prescribed as they are in the book useful - I like to have a bit of structure to my training.

Lots of useless text in the book but exercises are good
Most of them are not new but variations old core workouts like planks but with movement - stabilisation cycles added.
I bought my copy from US Kindle for few dollars and it is worth that easily.

Should add that a mate of mine uses the Tom Danileson book and 'Yoga for Cyclists' to help with a back injury. He does a bit of mix & match between the two.
