and is it still available? I can't see it online anywhere and the closest looks like the turbo morph which has a gauge that I really don't need. I love the Mountain Morph as although it is large it can actually get a tyre up quite quickly and easily, partly due to the size and partly due to the way you stand on the base which is great to use so I'd be sad if it is no longer being made

Thanks @bigblackshed.  Don't know why I didn't find that in any of my searches.  Everyone else seems out of stock so I thought it was dead

but that Silca pump.... nice.  Although maybe not the bluetooth version.  It looks great as it will go more nicely into a back pocket than the mountain morph.

choices 🙁

Truflo Minitrack is the same thing but better- it's telescopic so shifts way more air. And it also has the Mountain Morph's most renowned quality, ie, falling apart

Had my mountain morph about 10 years now? It's not fallen apart yet.

Thanks for the suggestions.   Still don't quite understand why the MM is no longer widely available. Maybe it's been replaced by the version with the gauge but the MM is still on their site.

Problem solved so thank you all

Been meaning to get a new head for my MM after loaning to FIL.

He must of used the valve to butcher a gibbon as it's been crap ever since.

Been like that for five years or so and i keep forgetting, this is a handy reminder.

Yep, true story.

Aye had a Mountain Morph for years now. It can even claim to have been broken by Steve Peat (he snapped of the fold out "foot stand". But still, it trucks on.

Iirc There was a class action suit brought by a group of bikers in America ( where else!) claiming distress and injury caused by them repeatedly getting the bit of skin between their thumbs and forefinger caught in the swivel handle when pumping.

@fathomer - thanks but a new one is already ordered, sorry.  Would have taken you up ok that otherwise. i think I ordered it just before my last to reply

I'll need to look up that class action stuff. The US is wild.  I saw a Twitter post yesterday where someone had been charged 40$ for crying during a consultation :(.  The coding was for doing a psych assessment but basically she got billed for crying

Don't forget they do 2 versions, one with a tyre pressure gauge and one without.

Also don’t forget to occasionally use your bag pump to check it still works if you use a track pump at home. Mine’s rarely used and once I was in the sticks on my own, got a flat but my pump had died.

Yep, I think the new one is called the Turbo Morph and it seems to be the only one around now but I was looking for the non gauge version.  Thanks anyway though

Oh yes, that would be very annoying.  I've tried the stuff your tyres with grass thing in that case and is really is suboptimal 🙂

Joe Blow sport for me @Icyseanfitz, I rebuilt my old Joe blow (circ 2003-2018) for years, so can't see a reason to spend more.

Mountain morph for me too, had one for a stupid amount of time, and everyone use it over their own POS, only the fold out foot pad has broken on mine

Another happy Joe Blow Sport user. I've had the head fail and recently the hose split but it must be 15 years old and all easily fixed and it still works well. Does fine for tubeless too.

Used my Morph earlier today. Atleast 15 years old. Starting to get a bit tired but would buy another.
Joe Blow has also been solid at home but maybe due some new internals or a rebuild now.
