I can't connect to the Sustrans site from my laptop (tried Firefox, Chrome and Explorer) or phone. Is it down for anyone else?
I've recently got a new router which has been acting a little strangely - pages not opening and having to reload them. Nothing at all has worked with Sustrans though.

Weird - my router must be blocking it for some reason. Any IT whizzes with any suggestions. I rebooted the router but no joy.
Had same thing yesterday morning with Sustrans website and then fine later on...

I've tried pinging the IP address for Sustrans.org.uk (84.45.40.250) from the cmd screen and it comes back as Request timed out - sent 4, received 0, lost 4
Does that mean my internet provider has lost their IP or something?
website works fine for me.
ping doesn't - most likely their firewall is not responding to icmp traffic. which isn't unreasonable.
