Sat in the garage 'trying' to install my luftkappe in my Pikes...
Instructions show a black seal-head which unscrews from the top of the fork.
My fork has a grey sealhead which seems to have a press-fit pin holding it in place. I have the early debonair lower seal-head instead of the black one shown in this video.
I'm a little worried I'll press this pin out to find no threading on top of the air-shaft for the luftkappe to screw into.
Anyone have any ideas?
Putting it in for a big DH trip this weekend so will just put it all back together if I've cocked up!

Won't fit.
Well, buy an air shaft that will fit the Luftkappe...
There’s a red anodised bit in the background - has that come off your airshaft? If so it’s a 2019 or 2021 debonair shaft that’s hollow and already has a bigger negative airspring than the original one that came on your fork.
You probably need the ‘old’ non debonair version to fit a Luftkappe I’d imagine.
Thanks Joe,
Seems you're right (I upgraded just the air piston previously to the debonair one).
According to TF tuned my fork has a +/-'ve balance almost the same as a normal fork equipped with luftkappe anyway, so no point in me upgrading to this. And it would require a new air-shaft, as this one isn't threaded
