I need some new cranks for the race MTB which has a 2x11 Di2 set up. Can I use a 2x12 crankset or is the chain a different size? Haven’t found any info about it after a quick search. Thanks.

Need new cranks or just new rings? I’ve got some unused 11spd XTR 2x replacement rings for my XTR Di2 that I ended up not using.
DM me if any use?

12spd ones have a different tooth profile to match the 12 speed chain. Not sure if you can mix. Suspect that if you can you’d need the 12spd chain for it to work as well as possible.

Cheers, Dave.

Thanks for the offer but I’m looking for new cranks and rings. The old crankset is now on my fairly newly built singlespeed.

Think I’ve got 175mm 9020 cranks too if they don’t need to be pristine?

If you want new you can probably find 9000 series doubles at reasonable prices now. Works best if you stick to one generation - esp with a double set up.
