So far, I've only ever used Invisiframe and I've been very happy with it. So happy in fact, that I was planning on using it on my next build.

Unfortunately, no kit is available from Invisiframe but there are kits from Easy Frame and Ride Wrap.

Has anyone used either of the alternatives? Any thoughts or comparisons?

ridewrap is decent yeah, we're happy with it. It's installed on the lads Privateer 141.

All important though is preparation..

If you can get the bike to invisiframe, they'll make up a kit and install it for free
Then they can then stock the kit and sell it to others.

Dropping my bike in soon for them to do as they dont have a kit available!

Do they still do that? They did it for my turner RFX but I thought they'd stopped if the frame was a bit of a low volume thing.

I used the Ride Wrap kit for my Airdrop Edit last May.

It's nice and easy to apply. It comes with a Squeegee device and a cloth and lot's of instructions. It took about three hours to do the whole frame/kit and was very easy to apply.

The plastic seems thick (approx' 1mm??) and very tough. I've had a couple of small 'offs' where the protection has been scuffed but overall it's holding up very well and comes nice and clean when I wash the bike :o)

When I asked invisframe to use my frame as a template it was £100 fitted with me having to sort shipping (or drop off).  Expected to take a week.

I prefer invisis xpel matt film over ridewraps product, it seems tougher and less prone to damage.

I've so found ridewrap to need more 3d manipulation (typically less and bigger pieces than invisis kit) on formed tubes.

That said, I'm about to do a Bold Linkin in ridewraps matt because they had it available.

Ride Wrap is as good as Invisiframe, but they supply a few extra helpful bits like cloths and wipes with it. I would buy either again.
