Often this forum is full of complaints; at about 10.30am yesterday I ordered an invisiframe kit, it arrived at 9.20am this morning. Lee answered his emails within minutes and was very helpful making sure I got what I needed. If only every company was as efficient as this!

my experience of invisframe is the total opposite, tried to send a unopened kit back after my frame order was delayed and eventually cancelled and they wanted a £20 quid restocking fee! ..which i think is a bit much on an item that costs £50 - £60 quid - to put something back on a shelf which would prob have sold within a week as its popular frame... I wont be using them again and wont be recommending them.
I'd happy use them again, and recommend them, great service, great product.
Mixed experiences TBH. Ian replied very quickly to emails, even late at night! We spent nearly £200 on kits, so a bit disappointing when one arrived damaged and he seemed blunt about not doing anything about it. In fairness, despite the damage it was fine, he just didnt do much to put the hubbys mind at rest when questioning whether it would be ok or not.
do they not install it for you any more?
I can not praise these guys highly enough, bought a new frame, saw they hadn't made a kit for my size frame, so ordered the large, but put a note on the order asking if it would fit and xl, rather than just sending a large out they worked out the sizing for an xl frame and made one up for me on a bank holiday, kit arrived 2 days later. remember there's only a couple of them so i'm sure they can be pretty stowed under from time to time, but catch it right and they will do what they can to help.
Another fantastic service recommendation. Got a kit installed on my stanton switchback very recently, dropped it off Monday on my way to Wales and picked it up Wednesday on my way home. Proper warm welcome with shaked hands and invited me in and showed me round his kit including the new decal printing machine that they had been setting up. Spotted a mistake in the kit where the hanger had smudged a section and he fixed it immediately.
